Yes. All of our counsellors are properly trained with master’s degrees in the field of Counselling. They are all registered with either the British Columbia Association of Clinical Counselling (RCC) or the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association (CCC). Both registering bodies hold a high standard of education and experience to be registered with them.
Yes. Because all of our counsellors are registered as RCCs or CCCs most extended insurance companies will cover some or all of their fees depending on your plan.
Yes. We give all of our clients the option to work with a counsellor in person or virtually depending on the unique needs and preferences of the client and counsellor.

Yes, our office is located in downtown Castlegar, BC at 214 11 Avenue.
In general, the prices are between $135 – $150 /hour for an individual session; however, the price varies depending on the counsellor you choose, the type of session you are booking, and the length of the session. We recommend contacting the counsellor you would like to work with and they can let you know about their pricing options.
We do not accept walk-ins at our wellness centre. Please contact us or get in touch with your counsellor in advance to book an appointment.
